Therapy can benefit anyone looking to improve their mental health, wellness, relationships, or coping skillset. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, reaching out is a great first step.

The majority of my clinical experience is with adolescents and adults. I also have many years experience with couples and family therapy. I specialize in primarily treating concerns related to various types of trauma. However, I also have vast experience treating concerns related to anxiety, stress, depression, boundary and behavioral issues, and difficulties with communication. I utilize over 10 years of clinical expertise in each session. However, first and foremost, I see you as the expert in your life and situation(s) and trust that you have all the skills needed to overcome adversity. (We just may have to work together to uncover them)!
-
My approach is rooted in Humanistic psychotherapy, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed care. I will include interventions and concepts from modalities such as: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and Neuroscience. Overall, I believe in tailoring each session to your unique needs, providing support and practical tools to help you achieve meaningful growth.

The first session is a time for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, any related history, discuss recommendations, clarify preliminary goals and objectives, and answer any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll also orient you to working with my practice, so you can know what to expect and can effectively decide if I’m a good fit for you.
-
Ultimately, therapy is a partnership. I’m here to support and guide you, but the most impactful changes come from the effort you put in. Together, we’ll work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. Some tips to maximize the experience are: Being open and honest, set clear goals, work on concerns between sessions, be patient and curious, commit to regular sessions, and practice self-compassion. This is hard, but worthwhile, work you are putting in!
-
The duration of therapy depends on your specific goals and needs. Some clients find resolution in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly review your progress together, ensuring therapy remains effective and aligned with your objectives.

Individual Therapy appointments are $175.
Couples Therapy appointments are $200.
These rates are reflective of my training, expertise, and energy devoted (during and after your session) to supporting you in meeting your goals.

I do not work with insurance. I am considered an Out-of-Network/Private Pay provider. This is mainly to prevent any barriers or outside forces from interfering with your treatment.
If you’d like to know more about the pros vs. cons of working with an Out-of-Network provider and how I can still support you with out-of-network claims, please click here.

I have 24-hour cancellation policy. I highly encourage client’s to communicate any emergencies, childcare issues, or illnesses that may arise and will do my best to reschedule if possible. However, if rescheduling within the same week is not possible, since the appointment time has been reserved for the client, any session canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time, will be charged the full session fee.
